ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS USING THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY

It is critical to study the individual's anatomy before the treatment or adjustment. Because even a slightest force into the wrong direction at the level of C1, C2 and the occiput, it can create more problem than solving one.

The C1, C2 and the Occiput consists the CranioCervical Junction (CCJ). This is the junction where the brain transit into the spinal cord and allow huge range of motion. Also, the joints are held together by the ligaments only. In human anatomy the more mobile it is, more unstable it is.

This is why all of the Headache and Neck clinic cases will be tailored to each individuals because no one can have the identical anatomy and the problem at the same time.

DIAGNOSTIC TOOL: CBCT (3D IMAGING SCAN)

Initially CBCT was developed by the dental profession to better the accuracy of dental implants.
Recently upper Cervical chiropractors have been using the technology as it allows for greater certainty in determining how the joints of the neck and head have misaligned. The 3-D image produced by the CBCT allows the upper Cervical doctor to analyze each joint from an infinite number of angles which increase the accuracy in determining articular joint spinal misalignments.

DIAGNOSTIC TOOL: INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY (TYTRON C5000)

Tytron C5000 is a very sensitive infrared thermography, measuring the heat differential of left and right of the skin of the neck by 0.1 degrees. Every visit, your thermal activity of back of the neck will be measured and compared with the one in the past to determine if you need an adjustment or not. Tytron C5000 is the machine to give an objective data for evaluating if the function of the spinal cord tract is doing well or not. If it is not well, then adjustment may be required. If doing fine, should leave the neck.
